Instead he is playing victim to his base. Basically, he is having his team whine about process.

That's all he's got. Plus a corrupt party. And voters who believe in really dumb Dem conspiracy theories, whose nature they are apparently too cowardly to admit to when they fall apart.

If only propaganda didn't work. But apparently calling reality fake and making stuff up as you go along has an audience.
