Prince Harry and Meghan, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, will no longer use “royal highness” titles and will not receive public funds for royal duties, Buckingham Palace said in a statement.The arrangement requires Harry and Meghan to step back from their royal duties, and to repay the cost for the refurbishment of Frogmore Cottage, which will remain their U.K. home. Queen Elizabeth said she recognized the challenges the couple experienced “as a result of intense scrutiny.”
