Trump will now be making the rounds of the worlds dictators making concessions so as to smooth the waters ahead of the 2020 elections. He really doesn't give a damn what the long term consequences are since his ONLY concern is getting reelected. For all he cares, the world can go to hell on January 21st, 2021. If things go completely to hell, he'll simply resign and walk away from it all.
