For us it's a 45 minute drive out to Bodega Bay to our fav Crab Shack, a little family run spot we normally stop by for their Crab sandwiches & Clam Chowder, maybe after hiking or visiting the Bodega Head trail or other beaches, trails up the coast... This area has been our family haunt since before my time, fishing, playing, long weekends camping... Weather broke nicely, hills greened up from the recent rains... Great beginnings of this New Year!
We had Dungeness Crab for Christmas dinner at our granddaughter's house in Fresno. Her husband is an executive chef and he made us dinner that night. The next night he made curried chicken and rice. The third night we took everyone out.
