That's the great thing.
As the US abandons things like science, other countries will take its scientists. And the US can see how well it does with faith-based miracle investments.
The US doesn't have to believe in kookie new scientific ideas. Windmills are terrible things, the way they blow out pollution and kill bald eagles. Leave them to us. We don't care about British bald eagles. We'll kill them all. And we'll develop that terrible science and pay those tootin pollutin scientists their wages.
In fact, anything to do with science that conflicts with the Bible or the idea that capitallism is nothing but good, give them to us. Paleontologists? Yes please. Climate scientists and innovators in non-carbon energy tech. For sure. Agricultural scientists? Send them over. Clean vehicle developers. Efficient engine designers. Battery inventors. Oh yes.
