But, if she did consider what that would do;
not allow Trump to brag he was 'acquitted'

... seems to be the idea at the minute.

Is there a point in trying a man in a Senate that is stacked before an oath is taken?

The Senate itself is on trial.

But this means the Constitution is horribly broken.

Even the Supreme Court looks functional by comparison.
