No one is going to change the NHS. Although actually, it isn't so perfect. The problems it has are to do with the decision to have a health system funded by taxes (resource allocation is hard). The same structure also accounts for some good qualities (eg no one has to worry that they will lose coverage if they lose their job and you don't have to pay for visiting the doctor - not even a copay).
