Why does he still have guns? In FL, he can’t pass the background check any more. His conceal carry license lasts for 7 years, then it can’t be renewed.

...Now seven years later, he's suing the victim's family for $100 million because he feels he was denied a fair trial. For crap sake, he won his case and got away with murder, but now he wants to cash-in by destroying what's left of a family that he's already devastated once before.
