Trump also keeps people in limbo, 'acting' this position & that position. That gives him more control.
Ask any of these folks, if Obama or Hillary did these things, what would they expect to happen.
The difference, democrats would hold them responsible.

It’s all about the constitution. All republicans, except a few, know that.
We just can’t have party line decisions when it comes to the Constitution on such a matter. It is on purpose left vague to allow for patriotism and prudence. You are not a patriot when you allow for help, and a shakedown, from foreign entities for your election to public office. Furthermore, if we let this pass, the next guy will go even further, who knows where.
