The Prince Charles documentary was about the work he is doing. It wasn't about his feelings or his state of happiness or his relationship with the press. He was describing the performance of his duties, instead of complaining about restrictions on his rights.
They are perfectly nice people, Meghan and Harry, but they need to look past the mirror. As the Queen also shows, duty is the job. That is what justifies the monarchy. Without it, they are pointless. Just a shinier type of celebrity.
