Not quite so.

He sent an unsigned letter from parliament that the law demanded.

He sent two other letters, both signed, which made clear that the government urges the EU not to grant a delay.

Macron has said he does not support an extension and has reportedly said in private that he plans to block it. I hope there are others who will join him. But it only takes one.

Having ignored the voice of the people and dishonoured themselves, the Remainers will reap the whirlwind, I suspect. The latest poll shows that Brexit has gained in popularity, with 54% support. The Remain mob in London doesn't represent the country. It's an undemocratic minority trying to find a way around the first definitive referendum, which they lost.
