That's what my grandfather, a die-hard Ohio Republican who thought Warren G. Harding was a great president, said about FDR and Social Security. He called FDR a Communist and claimed that he would never see a dime out of Social Security. And he was right, he died just a few months before he would have turned 65. However, if there had not been Social Security, my grandmother would have looked forward to a very hard life.
I am just as disappointed in the left as I am of the cretins.
I just can’t stand right winger robber barons, nor left winger dreamers to be despots stomping you down and taking what you got for the “good of everyone” and telling you to deal with it.
