The President was reportedly incensed after he discovered that aides had not replenished his supply of Sharpies after he used his last one diverting the path of Hurricane Dorian.
The IG suggested the complaint contained material which was worth sharing urgently and which seems to have been prompted by the call with Ukraine.
So what is it that was of concern? Will the supposed eight requests to investigate Biden be in the transcript? Will Trump allow the evidence to be presented? Or is he pretending he wishes to, as he often does?
