So, what are we learning from this?

They know everything about us, social media, privacy stuff, and all that, including the cretin fear of gun registrations and all in between.

Resistance is futile. Ignorance abounds among the citizenry. The government may have lost track of some illegal aliens and their babies, but they have each of the rest of us at a few keystrokes of a keyboard distance.

So, don’t worry, be happy.

Resistance is futile. You’d know that if you travel enough, and watch what happens, and if you really spend a few moments thinking instead of being a partisan asshole 24/7.

Guns and assault weapons will save you from government overreach? Not in the 21st. Century! It’s a trick to allow that NRA asshole rich, and living in a $7 million house he didn’t pay for.

Gun registration fear? Gimme a fkng break. It is like fighting with sticks and stones against GOLIATH.

Better think about losing our democracy and democratic values that allowed us to flourish and be NO 1. Fear those being diluted and lost. Searches without warrants? Free speech, not hate speech? Countless things happening that some idiots feel good about, until it happens to them.

Guns are only good for self defense in this country, still suffering from high violent crime as if it is the 1800s. Your AR-15 won’t save you from “government”, stop lying to yourselves. “Government” can liquidate you all in a matter of hours or days”. You can shove the silly “assault rifles” up your asses.

Driving back this morning from Montreal. For some reason significant other said she had the passports in the suitcase in the trunk. I said ok we’ll stop at the duty free at the border and take them out.

Get to border, go in the duty free parking lot, take out suitcase, NO PASSPORTS! Ohhlalaaaa...

Call hotels in Quebec and Montreal, nothing reported found. Passports had been last seen, reportedly, in Montreal in the suitcase.

Now what? F Me.

She decides to go to the border, 300 yards away, as she has also a passport card, good for Canada and Mexico, so she could reenter Canada if shit hit the fan. I stay at the parking lot in the car annoyed and pissed off, thinking how much hassle and time lost this was going to be.

Twenty minutes later she sends me a text: No problem. Get in line, and tell the guy I’m in the building, and we are waiting for you.

Ok, long wait, get to the guy, tell him I’m the one without a passport, he says “”I know about you, do you have a driver’s license”? I give him the license, a FL license by now, which you cannot get without a passport or proof of citizenship. He asks “ Are you a citizen”?

Yes.

“You live in FL”.

NY and FL.

He goes on his screen, and then the guy from the building comes over and says “ok, I’ll take him over there, no problem, I’ll check on the ......”. The other guy says “Well, it all came up”.

OK, Please drive to the secondary check area, by the building. I go there, and the guy there says “ you can go”. I said “ I can’t go because the guy who came over has my license”. As I said it the other guy crossed over, gave my license, and they said have a good day. We talked a little about the passports, and they said someone is making very good money off of them, they are highly sought.

Never thought, it would be so quick and easy.

So what happened to the passports?

I think they were stolen from the room. How? Can’t speculate on that. Bizarre. A Hilton. The cleaning woman would not have taken them. Her job on the line, etc. How and who? Who knows. Big cities, big shit.

Can’t complain, though, they were extremely friendly and courteous at the border. Kudos. At some point they told her “don’t worry, you’re home now.”
