Why do people draw pictures? Because they want to communicate or because they enjoy the process. The answer is not one or the other. It's both. If a person is asked the question and says I draw because I enjoy it, they are not lying because they didn't also say because I want to communicate. Two things can be true at the same time.
It's not unreasonable or even unusual for a new PM to prorogue parliament ahead of a queen's speech laying out his policies. It happens ALSO to be convenient from a Brexit viewpoint. Good fortune happens. It doesn't mean he was lying about his reasons for proroguing parliament. Sometimes several things are true at the same time. It's not either-or. It's both.

It's peculiar, this pro-Remain bias in US reporting about Johnson. I wonder what is in it for the reporters. They accuse the British PM of being a racist, of being a liar, the British people of being motivated by xenophobia, never stopping to think whether it is true.
