Every society has its poor and everyone (individuals and charitable organizations, not incompetent, wasteful government agencies) should do their best to help them get back up on their feet and become productive, self-sustaining citizens, again.
Second, your photo of a line of about what ... maybe 20 or 30 people who can be seen ... absolutely does NOT debunk the undeniable fact that "blacks and homeless are getting free food out there." They are ... you know it, I know it, everyone knows it. So what?
