The British system favours relative strength, so it looks like the Conservatives would win an election easily.
So instead of all the piffle about proroguing parliament for a bit longer than normal this year being an assault on democracy, an election would express the people's will rather clearly.
I notice the Remainers aren't calling for an election. And I know why. Because they won't win it.
Their faux outrage conceals this important fact.
