The queen has agreed to pro-rogue parliament.

Since she sorta is the living, breathing constitution, then Boris' actions are likely constitutional.

So folks can try the courts, but pro-roguing parliament is her decision to make. I doubt the UK's highest court will (or even can) overrule the queen. Because she is the Crown in court as well.

Ouch. The Remainers must be hurting.

Looking at the letter and the terms of the proroguing of parliament, it's actually clear that Boris is not focussed on parliament and its pointless expressions of opinion for which there is no majority as seen previously.

He is actually thinking about his negotiation with the EU. He needs them to know the countdown clock has begun and they need to start talking as if we are on the final lap. Otherwise they will continue to try to block progress through its friends in parliament.
