The one bad thing China is doing is intellectual property theft, otherwise they look after their interests like we do after ours.

The US farmers looked greed in the face and lost. They were doing “fine” all these years, China buying their soybeans and pork, etc., now they are buying zero, and they are going bankrupt. Greed gets you shit, in the end. This is not going to end well for us. China can wait it out, because they are doing fine with the rest of the world, everywhere. In Greece, for example, they are investing unbelievable amounts of money, modernizing and expanding all kinds of infrastructure, like the port of Piraeus in Athens, the biggest in the mediterranean, and invited to invest in Salonica the no 2 city in Greece , etc.

They can wait out Donald Trump, not even a spec in the thousands of years of their history. He’s just a gnat.

He should have spent his capital on intellectual property theft and making the TPP string enough to control China in the world economically. Now, he’s just being a loud mouthed schmuck costing Americans lots of money, taxes and stock market losses.

Pew survey: 60% in US hold dim view of China amid trade war
Paul Wiseman, Ap Economics Writer Updated 9:44 am CDT, Tuesday, August 13, 2019

WASHINGTON (AP) — Rising tensions over trade have dimmed Americans' opinions of China.

A new Pew Research Center poll finds that 60% say they have an unfavorable view of China — up from 47% last year to the highest proportion since Pew started asking the question 14 years ago.
