I always wondered what the deal was about them, till I am now driving a 4 Runner in Colorado, and I am beside myself....Forget the ugly, unsafe ride at high speeds......common here on highways...

Going up mountains a pain of noise and engine grunting.

This is not an SUV, IT IS A FKNG TRUCK. The gear shift is that old lock groove type thing extinct from in my view for ever, but I guess it is not yet for some poor jerks who buy that crap.

No wonder I drive European, German cars in particular, and SUVs, which are light years ahead of this crap.

The engine and transmission? Constantly trying to accommodate the road grade and speed. Terrible cruise control, takes about ten seconds to adjust speed, so you spend your time trying to go up and down till you get what you want. Minutes wasted. Noise and engine surging are so fkng annoying. Same with a Lexus SUV two years ago rental for three weeks in the West. Same engine and transmission noise and behavior.

Dashboard usability/ nterface? A fkng labyrinth nightmare.

On my Audi Q5 and Golf R, I don’t even have to think of it. A finger tip moves the lever where you want, no truck there, just fine motorwerks. No indentations, just labels on positions. Move and go. No CLUNK.

GOOD LUCK WITH THAT SHIT. YOU EARND IT, DUMBASS.

Wouldn’t expect any better from you, ignorant slut.
