Reported that he would have his lawyers come to prison & have him with them for hours, to be out of his cell.

There's no way he would have wanted to live the rest of his life in a cell. Especially with the crimes he was accused of, doesn't make him popular.

I want to know when his cellmate was removed?

My employer/friend an 80 yo Trump supporter, thinks he paid off the 2 guards, had $1 million put into their accounts, & that he is alive!

well better than accusing the Clinton's. ;))

One of the most difficult things to do in this country is to keep a secret. Ignoring the rather stupid conspiracy theories regarding Epstein's death, it is probable that if there was foul play in any form it will eventually be revealed.

If people were instructed or paid not to watch him, if removal of his cellmate was deliberate, if instructions were given to take him off suicide watch, if overworked guards were deliberately placed on his watch - - or whatever else might have contributed to his suicide, it will come out. Someone will let the cat out of the bag. But those are all speculation. Perhaps nothing deliberate was done, perhaps there was just unbelievable incompetence on the part of the prison with no external influence of any kind.

That being said, I don't believe in coincidences. It is difficult to believe that somehow magically a series of events simply coalesced into a situation that gave Epstein the opportunity to take his own life. Talking heads read off the list of people who might have been involved with him and his behavior who he might have testified against, they also note that with his future in jeopardy he had nothing to live for. That simply fires up the conspiracy theories without a shred of evidence.

Like it or not Epstein would have been innocent until proved guilty in a court of law. Would he have been found guilty? No one can say. A trial would have been months perhaps years away. Official reports indicate he was worth at least $559M; that can buy a hell of a lot of defense - and luxury in the process. He was willing to put all of it up as collateral for bail which wasn't granted. Consider that if bail had been granted and Epstein skipped all of his money and properties would have been forfeit - he would have been penniless. Logic says he wasn't intending to flee.

So why did he kill himself? Embarrassment, shame, guilt? Unlikely. Seems hard to believe a person who lived his lifestyle could be embarrassed, or feel shame or guilt about anything.
