It makes decent sense, except that it seems to suppose the mask was ripped off by Trump. It was ripped off by Bush, plain as day. It isn't a new idea that the GOP pretends its ideas are legitimate when actually it's simply a party for very rich people to maximise their wealth and nothing else matters. Most sentient life forms figured this out 15 or even 20 years ago. The whole point of the Reagan revolution was that the ideas were experimental. The point was to see if they worked the way it was hoped. They didn't.
