Puerto Rico's new governor must stand down by 5 p.m. after swearing-in ruled unconstitutional
Puerto Rico's Supreme Court ruled unanimously Wednesday that part of the law used by former Gov. Ricardo Rosselló to name his successor was unconstitutional. The court ruled that Pedro Pierluisi, who was sworn in as governor last week, must stand down by 5 p.m., adding to the political turmoil on the island.
