He had just turned 21, last week.

On his Linkedin page he claimed to be lazy & not like work, said 8 hours a day online was what he considered work.

'Race' is a HUGE issue here, I know you have difficulty grasping just how deep this is. At times I do also, but it's real & deep.
And when the 'leader of the free world' continues to blame minorities for all of the ills we have, he pours gas on the fire!
and he offers them justification for their anger. SICK & Dangerous!

I sorta agree and sorta don't. You have to try to understand this phenomenon not merely as white people being wrong. I think it's more about a society that has gone wrong in many ways, and the frustrations are expressing themselves.

Trump is channelling people's worries in the way that manipulators do. Not in the right direction. Towards the targets he has in mind. But I think the problems are real and have little to do with race. Happy people with great opportunities don't shoot people.
