Yes, and the markets did NOT react in the manner that I assume Trump was hoping that they would. Therefore I can see a tweet coming where he will condemn the Fed for only cutting the funds rate by a 1/4 point. He will claim that that it needed to be at least a 1/2 point or larger cut.
