The judge is an 83-year-old Jimmy Carter appointee. Figures.

There's nothing "sane" about this. The Washington Post continued lying about Nicholas Sandmann long after it knew what it was saying was false. That's not "protected speech." It's libel.

Can this decision be appealed? I'm not sure, but I sure hope so.
