It's not as bad as it sounds. This only applies to one of the court cases that was brought to stop Trump from using Pentagon funds to build the wall. In this case, they ruled that the plaintiffs didn't have standing, or the right to bring the case. This ruling does not stop any of the other cases that are still going thru the courts.
