I don't know the reason for the judge's decision. If it is that this falls within a state's prerogative, and the law indicates as much, then I have no problem with the judgement.
Nevertheless, off the top of my head, as I haven't thought much about this issue, I wish they would put prices on ads for all products, without the use of the word "only", or a number ending in 99, or any other trick to persuade people a price is low.
It also appears to be the case that the Trump administration is at war with the law. This statement is something no White House should put out: "On Monday night, Judd Deere, a spokesman for the White House, said: “It is outrageous that an Obama-appointed judge sided with big pharma to keep high drug prices secret from the American people, leaving patients and families as the real victims.”"
