True, but as our Constitution is IMPERFECT, it does not cover this situation as the Supremes correctly identified, and the Congress will never address it, because both parties will do it if they can get away with it, and republicans have the upper hand now in state legislatures, and you can see why I will say again and again that we have many problems like that with the Constitution, no matter how many think it is perfect.

We will soon have, and we are on the way now to an IMPERFECT UNION.

Gerrymandering is the reason things are out of control & off balance.
When you slice & dice districts, to conform to a 'party', there is no need to work together.
'Compromise' has become passe~
The SCOTUS just cemented this problem!
