Clearly you do not understand the Constitution. It is the framework
under which ALL other laws and regulations must comply. Most 'issues'
need to be handled legislatively - not Constitutionally.
For example, where loansharks want to charge sky-high interest rates,
we now have usury laws to curb them. Capitalists who want to poison
the rivers? The EPA was created to clean things up. Unsafe labor practices? Try OSHA.
You want to change the Constitution so's queen Hillary can be
empress for life? That is why the Constitution is, and should be,
very difficult to change.
