The states and local governments should not have any say in civil rights, creating their own shitholes, where assholes can f with the Constitution time and again.
You don’t want to bake for gays, don’t have a baking business on a public street, supported by tax dollars, etc.
That’s why the Constitution is fked up, because it can be abused in such ways.
Gay marriage? A civil right. Performed at a town hall, not a church, why ban it? Because some religious cretin who doesn’t give a fk about humans being abused on the souther border thinks his religious upbringing is being offended? Go live in a theocracy, asshole!
