the difficulty is she seems to have gone along with it to some extent. the boundaries aren't altogether clear.
i don't doubt it happened. but her description, as far as i managed to listen to her, was that there were plenty of green lights on the journey. i found her unconvincing and so i stopped watching.
i have no doubt he has crossed the line on many occasions. but this one sounded a bit like she teased him into a state of arousal and then panicked when he acted on it.
also, she wants to paint him as a rapist but to avoid an investigation. that sounds wrong to me as well.
this isn't the case upon which i am comfortable hanging my hat. but of course, with so many cases describing behaviour of a similar sort, i am persuaded by the pattern of his alleged behaviour that he has crossed the line repeatedly.
