While the pattern is clear, this particular accuser is a bit peculiar. I find her less than convincing. I expect the event occurred, but I am not sure he would have interpreted it as non-consensual. Her account makes it sound to me like she encouraged him.

It's all about the pattern.

Clinton clearly pushed against the line and may have crossed it on a few occasions.

Trump acted as if there was no line.

I don't care for Clinton's behaviour: he clearly thought he was irresistible. Which is to say, he imagined he would get their consent, even if he doesn't seem to have been too particular about asking for it upfront. Even so, what he did was risky and may have been criminal.

But Trump exhibited an apparently repetitive pattern of criminal wickedness and of lying about it: it's always the same things, forcible kissing, octopus hands up the skirt, and so on. He didn't care what the woman thought. They were nothing but sexual objects for him to do with as he pleased. He doesn't seem to have given a damn about their consent. It was exactly as he expressed it in the bus. He grabbed them by the pussy.
