Apparently he spilled red wine on her sofa.

From the BBC: "The Metropolitan Police told the BBC it "spoke to all occupants of the address, who were all safe and well".

In a statement, it said "there was no cause for police action". A spokesman for Mr Johnson said: "No comment"."

Not unless she makes a complaint about an assault. People argue, sometimes loudly. But while he seems to be loyal to no one, I haven't heard a rumour of him being physically aggressive towards a woman. Aggressive to men, perhaps more likely. But his pen is a better weapon, as he is a famous opinion writing journalist.

There's also something a bit suspicious about a neighbour whose tape recording ends up in the hands of a hostile newspaper the same day the incident occurred.
