What Hillary did was proper OPPOSITION RESEARCH, as the Orangutan said. They hired someone who did it for them, as it is done all the time, and as was originally done in this case by republican primary opponents of the Orangutan and then picked up by Hillary's team when he won the nomination....
Now, what the Orangutan said he'd do is take information from hostile governments and their agents in order to INFLUENCE the election as these US adversaries want to have their boy in power, which is exactly what they managed to do.
