Good grief. The woman who accused Neymar of rape, and who fired her first lawyer (who subsequently implied she was embellishing her tale), has now lost her second attorney after accusing him of stealing the iPad upon which she claims the video evidence exists.

She had already released the first 30 seconds of the video clip which showed her clearly assaulting Neymar, facts which comport with what he alleged and contradict her accusation.

If he had raped her, why did she invite him back for a second visit? Surely she would fear that he would rape her again. Why would she expose herself to that risk if, in truth, she had been raped?

Her whole tale is implausible. She sounds like a nutcase.

Who will agree to represent her?

The worst thing is, such people cast a cloud over all genuine and trustworthy romantic activity.

Very sad situation.

We need a new language and understanding of these kinds of incidents. The entire event sounds like it has nothing in common with a rapist leaping out of the bushes to deflower a nun. So why assess the incident using the same law.
