I don't know enough to say anything but "possible". But there seem to be a number of claims against celebrity footballers by women, in which there's plenty of evidence they were encouraged to head to the bedroom.

Whether the cause of the issue is dishonesty, misunderstanding or genuine sexual assault once they got there is now the subject of courtrooms. And of course, if it is the latter, one wants a system that permits a response.

But where money is involved, or even bruised feelings, one shouldn't presume the innocence of the accuser. And someone who secretly records a "romantic" situation is also someone who possibly has entrapment in mind.

I think we need to find new definitions in situations like these, especially within the context of a sexual invitation.
