BREAKING NEWS: Millions left without power as tornado, severe storms hit Ohio
A tornado wreaked havoc in Dayton, Ohio, late Monday while severe weather knocked out power to around 5 million people across the state.
"It looks in areas like a war zone, some of the houses were completely moved off their foundations and gone," said the mayor of Celina, a town located around 70 miles northwest of Dayton.
Extensive damage was reported and snow plows were used to remove debris off Interstate 75.
