Correct. It IS justified. Americans are a free people, OCU - or, at least, they are supposed to be. Only government and those who contract with our government should carry an obligation to treat all people the same way, but no one else should.

If free people do not like someone, they should not be required to deal with them in any fashion. In turn, if *I* do not like a business, I should not be required to patronize it. The imposition of such requirements is tantamount to slavery.

Now, I don't know you very well. Maybe you like slavery. Some people do. If so, just say so. Your stance would then at least be logical, albeit immoral.
