The Constitution does not guarantee to pay for anybody's
health care needs. LGBT - and particularly 'Trans' -
tend to require a lot more in health care costs than
'normal people'.
So, try explaining to me why *I* should be forced to
pay for some wanna-be transsexual fruit cakes surgical
costs.
