Musk is a clever guy but arrogant in an unappealing way and looks overvalued on a results basis.

Generally-speaking, I'd prefer it if there were improved board choice procedures for companies.

For instance, I wonder if it might be a good idea to have an entirely separate board for matters of trust and operational issues in large companies, with the CEO having little say in the former. Also, companies should be obliged to separate the chairman and the CEO. Also, I think corporate pay was more trustworthy when CEOs were paid in cash, not options - given the need for the CEO to serve various stakeholders and not just shareholders.
