Apple owns and manages a world store, and those costs for locations and servers, etc., across the world must be covered for somehow. Furthermore, security and malware are taken care of this way, unlike the Android store where people download all kinds of bad shit. Average price of apps is less than a dollar.

There is NO MALWARE TO BE DOWNLOADED, AND APPLE TAKES CARE OF DEVELOPERS DOING SNICKY SHIT. It is just safe.

Liberals and such judges always believe they are protecting some sheep, somewhere. Kavanaugh is a surprise. Who knows what the fk he was thinking.

Nothing there, there. This case will die eventually.

The Supreme Court let a major antitrust class action against Apple move forward. The suit is in its early stages but damages could be significant.

The 5-4 vote says that the plaintiffs should be allowed to try to prove that the technology giant had used monopoly power to raise the prices of iPhone apps.

Apple charges a 30 percent commission to software developers who sell their products through its App Store, bars developers from selling their apps elsewhere and plays a role in setting prices by requiring them to end in 99 cents.
