Snow, Flooding, 30s In The Hudson Valley

After more than an inch of rain, advisories have been issued for parts of the region. Take care of tender plants.

HUDSON VALLEY, NY — In May, on Mother's Day. It snowed in the Catskills and it's going to snow again Monday night. The rest of the region will get more rain (that's after up to two inches of rain fell on the region in the Mother's Day storm).

The National Weather Service posted a coastal flooding advisory for southern Westchester County for high tide Monday evening:

TIDAL DEPARTURE...1 1/2 to 2 ft above astronomical tides.
