Trump tweeted again this morning that China is paying the tariffs directing into the US Treasury and that he's going to use the money to pay farmers for the the crops that they can't sell to China anymore, as if this is some sort of big positive, money making scheme for the taxpayers. I guess he's using the same business model that he used running his casinos back in the 80's and 90's. You know, when he lost that $1+ billion.
