What is it about American Christianity that it produces such dimwitted leaders?
They make a list of many of the least wise, least righteous, most venal people in America: Pat Robertson; Billy Graham's son; Jerry Falwell's son ... and so on. As sure as night is day, you know that if there's a quote from one of them, it will be utterly idiotic on any subject. Even spinning a coin you will be right sometimes. But these guys have a system of spinning which guarantees error. Remarkable.
