Seems like the Italians and the Egyptians are the worst killers.

This article is a few years old. The numbers seem to have gone through the roof.

I hadn't realised this was even a thing. Didn't know about Egyptian mist nets or Chinese menus. But this year I'd noticed the lack of swallows locally. There are none at all.
