Baltimore — and the whole of Maryland — has some of the most stringent gun controls in the country. These controls include a ban on the sale and manufacture of “high-capacity” magazines and a fingerprint/registration requirement for new handgun purchasers. Both of these controls were adopted in 2013, and by mid-summer 2017, Baltimore’s murder rate was more than double that of Chicago.
It will never occur to any of the 60 IQ gang, both here at Bob's and in the Baltimore and Maryland legislatures, that criminal types do not purchase their gun of choice from licensed firearms dealers. So, their infringement on the second amendment has little to zero effect for the aw abiding citizens and less than zero for the criminal and gang types.
At this point in time, I seriously doubt that ANY of these left wing Fruit Loopers will ever have the apacity much less the ability to understand these basic fundamentals that we have told them for several years...
