Reports that he offered to wire up to tape Trump, talked with Comey both were concerned with Trump's behavior.
Rosenstein wrote the memo that Trump used to justify firing Comey.
At that point, he became a witness & should have recused himself.
Then he hired Mueller.
Then Trump found out about the taping, and wanted to see him. He was away & John Kelly had a meeting with him & seemed to smooth things over.
Barr said he also agreed, no obstruction.
Then he stands behind Barr for the BS presser! where Barr LIED just before releasing the report.
It appears to me 'landing the plane' & telling Trump he was being unfairly treated, was a way of protecting HIS job.
Rosenstein is tainted & adds more muck to this situation.
