His reputation as an even-handed actor is officially toast. Doesn't matter what he says. It's the way he has done things ahead of the news conference: the initial "summary" which the Mueller team disputed; concealing their summaries; giving advance information to the White House when it is the subject of the report; not sharing the report in advance of the press event; not bringing Mueller (which means Mueller deliberately isn't lending his brand to the event).
Barr's a partisan. Real simple. All that is published from now cannot wash the bias from his hands.
Every single institution that is based on trust and integrity in the US has been broken by Trump and his party. Now they will need a huge amount done to the Constitution to fix its flaws.
