You're correct, Bernie is NOT appealing.

Remember, Pete served in Afghanistan.

I think that gives him a maturity that Obama was missing.

He's a broad thinker, willing to learn many languages, he'll bring much to the table.
He has a different, hands on experience as a mayor that a senator doesn't have. Nor does he have the baggage 'senators' carry, with their votes.

He's wooing them right now.

I think maybe you don't mean you find Sanders appealing?

But Buttigieg seems like a decent, sensible, moral sort of guy to me. Just wish he had 8 years or so as a governor under him to rinse any political romance out of his ears. I like more experience in a president. Certainly B improves on Trump, and he's mature for his age. But I keep thinking he'd need a more experienced Veep, and then I think, if he needs that, he should get some experience himself.

That was my conclusion after Obama, anyway.

At the minute, I am thinking Kamala Harris is my favourite candidate, on balance.

I also like Elizabeth Warren as a thinker; she really pushes the envelope. But I am thinking of her more as a senior senator.
